Shite Tips for Week 5!

Posted in Betting Tips with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on September 14, 2012 by Mallaz

Basically I’m having a total equipment failure so I won’t risk going into too much detail and my laptop dying before this blog’s posted or at least written and saved so I can get online elsewhere and finish the job. However, if you look over my recent posts in the Betting Tips section, you’ll see that this is week five and if you’d been following my weekly £10 tips then you would have rinsed £40 with no return over the season’s first four weeks.

Oh well, you gotta keep trying. This week I’m having the following;

This Week’s Tips

(£10 accumulator)

Chelsea to win at QPR (20/23)

Manchester City to win at Stoke (3/4)

Tranmere to beat Coventry (11/10)

Gillingham to beat Bristol Rovers (3/4)

Decimal odds of 12.03, with Bet Victor £10 pays £120.30.

BAD BETS

Last week’s treble tip was a wash-out, surprisingly.  Arsenal and Stoke both lost.

https://mallazmalcolmwhite.wordpress.com/2012/03/29/easy-money/

So after eight weeks, that’s £80 staked for a return of £23.25.

A total loss of £54.77

Hearts to win at Dunfermline 5/6 with William Hill

I’m going to plum for a £10 treble again this week.

Chelsea to beat Wigan (1/3)

Hearts to win at Dunfermline (5/6)

Queens Park to beat East Stirling (3/10)

With William Hill, £10 returns £31.77.

EASY MONEY?

It’s been a canny week for football.  Hatem Ben Afra was brilliant in Newcastle United’s 3-1 demolition of West Brom, in the Midlands on Sunday afternoon.  Then in mid-week my second favourite team, Everton, dumped Sunderland out of the FA Cup Quarter Final, denying the Sad Mackem Bastards a trip to Wembley.

Haha!

Let's All Laugh at Sunderland!

 Unfortunately last week wasn’t a good week for my betting tips, but then again, it rarely ever is.

https://mallazmalcolmwhite.wordpress.com/2012/03/23/five-games-you-wanna-swerve-at-the-bookies-this-weekend/

I probably aimed too high with a five-fold.  Despite Southampton, Torquay and Stranraer all winning, Middlesbrough drew 1-1 at home to Bristol City and Dundee drew 1-1 at home to Raith Rovers.

This is now the eighth week of my tips.  So, so far at £10 per week that’s £70 staked for a return of only £25.23, from a fluke bet!

That’s a loss of £44.77

This week I’m going with a £10 treble at Paddy Power.

Charlton to beat Leyton Orient (1/2)

Arsenal to win at QPR (8/13)

Stoke to win at Wigan (9/5)

£10 returns £67.85

Stoke to win at Wigan 9/5 with Paddy Power

A PROPER SHIT-TIP!

Just a quick tip this week after Chelsea let me down last week meaning if you followed my tip you’d be a tenner down.

https://mallazmalcolmwhite.wordpress.com/2012/02/11/it-had-to-happen-sometime/

Arsenal to win at Sunderland 6/4 with Paddy Power.

This weekend take your £10 to Paddy Power and bet on this four-fold;

Stoke to win away at Crawey (21/20), Tottenham to win away at Stevenage (1/3), Arsenal to win away at Sunderland (6/4) and Norwich to win at home to Leicester (5/6).  £10 with Paddy Power pays £125.28.

Get on it!

Stoke to win at Crawley 21/20 with Paddy Power.

FA CUP THIRD ROUND BETTING TIPS

The current scores in the betting tips challenge with Wor Shitus are as follows;

Me -£312.46 v -£376.56 Wor Shitus

So after Swansea‘s late equaliser against Tottenham let me down, I still only have a £64.10 lead to take into this weekend’s FA Cup 3rd Round fixtures.  This week I’ve got two £20 bets, a five-fold and a four-fold, plus a £10 accumulator.

Bet 1

Firstly, a £20 five-fold.  Blackpool to win at Fleetwood Town (5/6), Swansea to win at Barnsley (11/8), Stoke to win at Gillingham (8/13), Bolton to win at Macclesfield (8/11) and Aston Villa to win at Bristol Rovers (8/15).  With Paddy Power, £20 pays £372.57.

Swansea (11/8) to win at Barnsley.

Bet 2

Secondly, a £20 four-fold.  Millwall to win at Dagenham and Redbridge (17/20), Newcastle to beat Blackburn (8/13), QPR to win at MK Dons (8/5) and Middlesbrough to beat Shrewsbury Town (4/9).  With Paddy Power, £20 pays £224.47.

QPR (8/5) to win at MK Dons.

Bet 3

The final bet is a £10 accumulator combining the two above bets.  So that’s an accumulator on;  Blackpool (5/6), Millwall (17/20), Swansea (11/8), Stoke (8/13), Newcastle (8/13), QPR (8/5), Middlesbrough (4/9), Bolton (8/11) and Aston Villa (8/15).  With Paddy Power, £10 pays £2,090.74.

Blackpool (5/6) to win at Fleetwood Town.
